luxurious, luxurious, luxurious
I loved the luxurious spa experience, where the Turkish bath was heavenly! The direct access to a clean private beach via a underpass allowed us to enjoy the sun and surf without any hassle. Every evening, we were treated to amazing sunsets from our room

Inconsistent refreshment of the mini-bar!!! The indoor pool temperature is uncomfortably cool, especially for kids!!! The elevators were constantly out of order, making it a hassle to get around!!!

The beach area was lovely with comfortable lounges. Dining options included a variety of fresh seafood dishes. I appreciated the nightly entertainment that added fun to our stay.
Everything was nice but the room felt a bit outdated.

The desserts were nothing short of legendary! Each bite of the colorful pastries took me on a food adventure. The buffet’s vibrant offerings were a treat for the eyes and palate, making every meal a celebration. Also, the friendly staff and comfy lounges added a lovely touch to our stay. A big shout-out to Kristina for her warmth!
Checkout became a bit of a kerfuffle when they were persistent about the 12 noon deadline, despite my husband being in a scheduled massage. It felt a bit rigid given the circumstances.

The spacious Standard Double Room with Side Sea View on the 7th floor offered stunning views and met all our expectations. Amazing options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians were available in the dining area, complemented by additional programs for children that our daughter loved. Unfortunately, the late checkout policy felt exploitative, charging €10 an hour, which soured what could have been an otherwise perfect experience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 28high-quality foodfriendly animation teamhelpful beach accessflies during mealsservice delaysentertainment variety
We stayed in a Standard Double Room with Side Sea View for 7 nights. The room had a stunning view, perfect for morning coffee. The pool area was inviting and the access to the beach was straightforward through the tunnel. I loved the variety of food options at the buffet, especially the desserts, the homemade Dondurma ice cream was a treat! The animation team kept our days lively with various activities, and the evening shows were entertaining. However, I encountered issues with the service. On several occasions, staff were unresponsive or forgot orders. The entertainment schedule felt limited with not much variety. Flies were present during meals, especially at breakfast, which was off-putting. The cleanliness in central areas also needed attention, as it sometimes felt a bit lacking. Information about the inclusivity of services wasn't clear, leading to some unexpected charges. Overall, our stay had great aspects, but there were areas for improvement in service consistency and cleanliness.
