Inconsistent refreshment of the mini-bar!!! The indoor pool temperature is uncomfortably cool, especially for kids!!! The elevators were constantly out of order, making it a hassle to get around!!!

Wonderful service, delicious food, with a stunning view from the balcony, a highlight being the many diverse meal options that pleasantly surprised me during my stay and the fantastic wellness options available at the spa.

The spacious Standard Double Room with Side Sea View on the 7th floor offered stunning views and met all our expectations. Amazing options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians were available in the dining area, complemented by additional programs for children that our daughter loved. Unfortunately, the late checkout policy felt exploitative, charging €10 an hour, which soured what could have been an otherwise perfect experience.

On several occasions, staff were unresponsive or forgot orders. The entertainment schedule felt limited with not much variety. Flies were present during meals, especially at breakfast, which was off-putting. The cleanliness in central areas also needed attention, as it sometimes felt a bit lacking. Information about the inclusivity of services wasn't clear, leading to some unexpected charges. Overall, our stay had great aspects, but there were areas for improvement in service consistency and cleanliness.
